    Boasting a collection of over 170 carefully selected wines, this new gem invites patrons on a journey through varietals from around the globe. The venue's knowledgeable staff, passionate about the world of wine, are on hand to guide guests through the selections, ensuring a memorable and personalised experience.

    The culinary offering at Henry G's is equally impressive, featuring a thoughtfully crafted pintxos menu. Inspired by the Spanish tradition of small, flavorful bites, each dish is designed to complement the diverse wine selection.

    The role will challenge you to work with our team to be resourceful in managing people, organising bar operations and being process focused. The opportunity will evolve and expand across multiple restaurants and bars for the right candidate.

    Responsibilities and Requirements

    • 1-2+ years’ experience managing bars - cocktail or wine bars a bonus.
    • Strong knowledge of wines preferred
    • Ability to ensure the smooth flow of day-to-day bar operations
    • Work with GM to drive beverage menu offering
    • Willingness to build and nurture a strong team of individuals
    • Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills, organisational abilities, time and resource management.

    Our live music will keep you entertained with some of Sydney’s most talented artists playing throughout the week, and our happy hour is every day from 5pm -7pm.

  • About the role

    Saga Group is looking for competent and experienced bartenders to to join their team!

    With busy cocktail bar service seven nights a week across 5 venues, we are looking for bartenders to step up and take charge of day to day bar service, batching, prep and drive beverage sales. We are willing to train the right candidates up for management positions.

  • About the Role

    We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and creative hands-on Chef Manager to join our kitchen team to help drive and deliver a relaxed & casual dining experience based on the Northern Beaches. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with an immediate start.

    Your primary role will be to bring creativity and taste to the menus, lead teams, work closely with our Executive team to evolve existing concepts and food offering.

    The role will challenge you to work with our team to meet financial objectives, be resourceful in managing people, organised and process focused. The opportunity will evolve and expand across multiple kitchens and cuisines for the right candidate.

    Responsibilities and Requirements

    • At least 2 years’ experience managing kitchens
    • Managing team roster and food costs
    • Day to day operations of the kitchen
    • Ability to lead, train, develop and inspire your team instilling company values.
    • Ability to create and deliver high quality meal
    • Good knowledge of breakfast and dinner menus
    • A good team spirit, a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
    • Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills, organisational abilities, time and resource management.
